Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the core architecture for Project 2026, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and quantum-ready neural networks.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for complex industrial applications.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and innovative solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing inference latency and reducing computational overhead.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI, Multimodal Learning, and Edge AI.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-stakes projects on time and within budget.
