Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines specifically optimized for the hardware and latency requirements of 2026.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies that bridge the gap between current capabilities and future AI singularity.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Implement advanced optimization techniques and model pruning strategies to ensure real-time inference on edge devices.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring transparency and fairness in all deployed models.
- Prototype Innovation: Build rapid prototypes of novel AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Core Expertise: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade systems.
- Technologies: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- 2026 Readiness: Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize data pipelines for maximum efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
