Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept projects to evaluate emerging technologies for future implementation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Strong experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models into production environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
