Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Experience with bias mitigation frameworks (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Proficiency in Python for AI auditing tools
- Exceptional stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical domains
- Knowledge of quantum computing's ethical implications preferred
