Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and predictive analytics for leadership decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026's emerging human-technology interfaces
- Establish early-warning systems for paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency
- Published thought leadership on 2020s societal transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
