Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-forward AI strategy integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible automation protocols
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, swarm AI, etc.) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders to pioneer 2026's AI standards
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive implementation of AI solutions across product lifecycle and customer experience
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in futuristic tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent industry impact)
- Proven track record in deploying production AI systems at scale (quantum computing experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategies
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or future-tech journals/conferences
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for emerging technologies
- Strong network within global AI research communities (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
