Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technological convergence points (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across biotech, space exploration, and digital sovereignty domains
- Architect cross-industry scenario-planning models for disruptive 2026 market shifts
- Present future-vision roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Publish quarterly trend briefings read by Fortune 500 innovation officers
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on collaborative research
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent domain expertise
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley innovation labs
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts with 85%+ accuracy rate (2018-2023)
- Expertise in causal layered analysis and cross-impact matrix methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Speaking experience at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent global forums
