- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through agile development cycles
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor senior innovation leaders and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech products from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in innovation management (Harvard/MIT preferred)
- Strong P&L management with $10M+ budget responsibility
