Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 vision, focusing on AI, machine learning, and spatial interfaces.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype novel technologies to solve complex business problems.

- Ensure code quality, system scalability, and performance optimization across all projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or JavaScript with a focus on AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with spatial computing platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) or WebGL.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
