Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate planning
- Present future scenarios and recommendations to stakeholders and industry partners
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Manage a team of futurists and researchers to execute foresight initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for 5+ years
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong data modeling and statistical analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in tech-driven organizations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
