Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in critical infrastructure

- Collaborate with policy teams to shape industry-wide AI ethics standards
- Create transparency protocols for explainable AI in high-stakes decision-making
- Establish ethical testing protocols for generative AI models in regulated sectors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in implementing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks
- Experience working with quantum computing interfaces for AI applications
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
