- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present quarterly tech foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Oversee a $5M+ annual innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor a team of 8 senior technologists and futurists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting or innovation economics
- Certified Futurist (CF) from the Association of Professional Futurists
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Track record of launching at least three enterprise-level innovations with >$10M revenue impact
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional executive communication skills with 50+ keynote presentations
