Responsibilities

- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with market demands and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify high-impact opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward technologies into core offerings
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech evaluation and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
