Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and distributed computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with large-scale model training and optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial applications
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies
- Preferred: Prior work with quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
