- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation pipeline deployment
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting impact and innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends
- Experience with foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Wild Card Analysis
