- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for key stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation incubation team
- Represent the company at global technology and futurism conferences
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready mindsets and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
