As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate foresight into actionable strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology and market foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce strategic briefings on disruptive innovations (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a proprietary database of emerging signals and weak signals
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex futures projects
