Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on future-state vision and implementation strategies
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, climate, and market disruption scenarios
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on sustainable technology futures
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- MBA or Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
