- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite stakeholders
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, boards, and industry consortia
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures through disruptive cycles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work topics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of executed 5+ year strategic roadmaps
