Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, neurotech) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario' workshops with C-suite executives
- Produce trend intelligence reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Design innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Advocate ethical frameworks for next-gen automation and AI deployment
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify 2026-disruptors
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures studies journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-adjacent domains (quantum AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of C-level strategic advisory experience
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio showcasing trend-validated predictions
