Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to map 2026+ disruption scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration and quantum adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen products and services
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive futures
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning abilities
- Experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
