Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging markets
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on technological disruption and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026 market gaps and human needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite audiences and investor forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects or published foresight work
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
