- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive leadership and product development teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future scenarios
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry impact
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Monitor global geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
