Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to map emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for exponential growth and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation frameworks
- Architect sustainable business models for next-generation ecosystems and value chains
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Maintain a global network of futurists and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and exponential trend analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future-focused initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and predictive modeling platforms
