Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for market disruptions and geopolitical changes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on 2026+ technology implications
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing business models and competitive positioning
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and partnerships for strategic growth
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and long-range forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Economics, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, nanotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience leading high-impact strategy projects at Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy
- Strong network with futurists, VCs, and global innovation hubs
