Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to map 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and board members
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer research initiatives
- Anticipate regulatory shifts in emerging tech ecosystems
- Curate thought leadership content positioning company as industry futurist
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning deliverables
