Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 7+ years applied foresight experience
- Published author in Journal of Futures Research or equivalent peer-reviewed publication
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (3+ accurate major forecasts)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Deep familiarity with UN SDGs and IPCC climate modeling frameworks
