Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon as a 2026 industry pioneer
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable solutions
- Advise C-suite on long-term technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech planning
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and trend-mapping methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
