Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen sustainable systems with 10+ year lifecycle planning
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and disruptors
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation ecosystems
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate resilience in 2026 business operations
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and anticipatory intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in advanced visualization tools
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through ambiguous transformational projects
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist or technology journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
