Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify patent opportunities and commercialization pathways
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of transformative technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting accuracy and strategic impact
