Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present findings to board members and external stakeholders at innovation summits
- Oversee the development of AI-powered trend prediction tools and foresight platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures visually
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures work or strategic impact in tech/innovation
