As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll analyze quantum computing convergence, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech ecosystems. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable 3-year technology strategies that anticipate market shifts and create competitive advantages.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across IoT, blockchain, and AR/VR domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum-resistant cryptography implementation
- Identify emerging tech disruptors through patent analysis and academic research partnerships
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Establish cross-functional R&D partnerships with MIT Media Lab and similar institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (IEEE/MIT preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech commercialization frameworks
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Security clearance eligibility (government contracts experience valued)
