- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future trends into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and competitive positioning
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry panels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
