Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Reports analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready business models
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Create immersive foresight simulations using proprietary HorizonTech platform
- Present strategic briefings to investment committees and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and publish industry white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Strong command of AI/ML, climate modeling, and biotech disruption vectors
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
