Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic scenarios to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author quarterly trend reports and annual strategic foresight publications
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights to stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transitions
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
