Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for 2026-2030 technological and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking across all business units
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Monitor and evaluate global signals of change to refine strategic forecasts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Strong network with futurist communities and research institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects and published thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
