- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-ready strategy implementations
- Mastery of foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, SWOT-X)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on disruptive transitions
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
