Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Integrate AI and predictive analytics into strategic decision-making processes
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex insights into executable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects published in 2020-2023
