Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast disruptive innovations through 2026
- Design and lead strategic foresight initiatives using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Develop innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into market-ready products and services
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published research or patents in innovation or futures literature
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) preferred
