- Conduct scenario planning for climate adaptation, workforce transformation, and ethical AI governance
- Produce foresight reports for executive leadership and investor briefings
- Design innovation sprints to prototype future-state business models
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 disruptions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)

- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Finland Futures Research Centre)
