Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Establish global networks with academic institutions, government agencies, and R&D hubs
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies through data-driven economic modeling
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, books, journals)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis, system dynamics)
