Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into executable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on future-of-work transformations
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-driven analytics
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation conferences as a thought leader
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or trend forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots
