Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy across 5 core verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for 2026 policy influence
- Author quarterly trend reports on exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 10-year market impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with agile futures research frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
