Responsibilities

- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and validate futuristic concepts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversee prototyping of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional facilitation skills for diverse stakeholder groups
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives brought to market
