Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Design and prototype future-ready business models and digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Spearhead ethical AI and sustainable technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, neurotech, AGI, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
