- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present technology strategies and secure investment in emerging initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation adoption
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments to mitigate risks and identify competitive advantages
- Design and implement pilots for breakthrough technologies with measurable KPIs and ROI analysis
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology adoption and change management strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains with published thought leadership
