Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
