- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for emerging tech validation
- Architect organizational resilience strategies for climate, geopolitical, and tech disruption scenarios
- Mentor a cohort of futurist analysts while cultivating an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or R&D with proven future-planning track record
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
