Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop evidence-based strategic scenarios for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership reports published at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
- Drive enterprise resilience planning against black-swan events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on exponential technologies or long-term trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Loops)
- Proficiency in AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences in global forums
- Certification in Sustainable Futures or Technology Forecasting preferred
