Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic planning
- Develop innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused business strategies
- Monitor and report on competitive intelligence in emerging technology spaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Experience leading global teams and cross-functional projects
